team gritchicks guidelines
& code of conduct
(REQUIRED READING)

The mission of Team GritChicks is to provide a safe, fun place for women of all ability levels to find and give support in our training and our journeys toward our goals, in running and in life.

In order to maintain our positive, open environment, we require your acceptance and adherence to the following guidelines. We take the intimacy of our team and respect for each teammate seriously, so if you violate these guidelines, we reserve the right to remove you from the group immediately.

By joining Team GritChicks, you agree to the following:

(The fun stuff:)

POST! POST! POST! This is YOUR group! Tell us about yourself! Ask questions, post your sweaty selfies, shout out your goals, share your struggles too! Because if you're struggling, chances are others are too! Most of all, connect with your team! The more we post and comment on each others' posts, the better we will get to know each other and the more fun we will have!

And always feel free to contact admin for any reason!

(The serious stuff:)

  1.  NO SALES or multi-level-marketing of any kind are allowed without written approval from Team GritChicks Admin.

  2. NO promotion of OTHER GROUPS OR COACHING within the team community without written approval from Team GritChicks Admin.

  3. The private message aspect of our team app is meant for private conversations between teammates. No sales/solicitation of any kind via direct private message is allowed. *** If you receive a private message that is sales related, pressuring or uncomfortable in any way, please contact Admin immediately so we can handle it. We want this to be a safe place where you are not sold to or pressured.

  4. This bears repeating: If your goal in joining our group is to market to our members, YOU WILL BE REMOVED. Social media is the perfect place for marketing. Our group is not.

  5. Negative comments will be removed, and if repeated, your team membership will be terminated.

  6. PRIVACY is paramount. By joining Team GritChicks you agree not to screenshot, screen record or in any way share ANY part of our team forum, including other teammates' posts. Everything posted in our private team stays in our private team.

  7. GritChicks LLC and admin are not responsible for any advice you receive from other teammates.

  8. By joining Team GritChicks, you assert that you are physically healthy enough to train at whatever level you decide to train. If you have any underlying medical issues, or if anything medical comes up, you agree that you will seek professional medical care.

  9. TEAM DISCOUNT CODES are for personal use by Teammates ONLY. Do not share team codes with anyone.

Violation of any of the Team guidelines may result in being removed from the team. Admin reserves the right to remove any member at any time.
